As much as I respect my clients I expect myself and my time to be respected as well. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment I ask to be given a 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Otherwise you’ll be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may need to be rescheduled and possibly charged the cancellation fee.
